- Richard of Kinnaird has given and granted and by this his present charter established to John son of Richard of Invertiel (by Balwearie, FIF) all the land of Dunore (Inchture parish, PER), with its right bounds, in moors and all other pertinents, in free marriage with his sister Isabella, in feu and heritage, doing forinsec service of the lord king as pertains to a half davoch, for an annual render of one pound of cumin at Martinmas.

- John son of Richard was probably a brother of Geoffrey son of Richard of Inverkunglas (_C.A. Chrs._, no. 44; _C.A. Rent._, no. 69). Invertiel was part of the lands of Balwearie, which were held by the Inverkunglas family at this time. Roger de Mortimer, who witnesses this act, was certainly dead by 1227, and ceases his frequent charter attestations around 1217.
