Description
Hugh of Nydie, son of Hugh of Nydie, with the consent of his heirs, has sold to Sir John the prior and the convent of St Andrews, all his land which he held in the villa of St Andrews (FIF), with buildings, lying between the land of Richard Moneypenny on one side next to the chapel of St Peter on Castle Street and the land of Malcolm of Kilspindie on the other in North Street, having a front in North Street, having and holding in perpetuity, free and quit from all exaction, service and demand.
