John of Denmuir has given, granted and by this his present charter established, to the Priory of May all that land called Tarbreakes in Fife (FIF), by its right bounds, with all the liberties and easements belonging to it, in free, pure and perpetual alms, free and quit from all secular service, exaction, and all other customs and demands, saving the agreement contained in the chirograph between them (4/20/41).
