John of Inchyra, son of Duncan son of James of Perth, has given, granted, and by this his present charter established in free, pure and perpetual alms, to Scone Abbey, a full and integral toft in the villa of Inchyra (PER), that is, on the east of the villa next to the shore of the River Tay, and an acre of land in the far part of ‘haluch’, facing west, close to the acres of the cottars, with all liberties, rights and easements. He grants that his men staying on the toft may have common pasture for six beasts of burden and two horses.
