Description
John of Inchyra, by the consent of his brother David, has given, granted and quitclaimed, and by this his charter established, to Sir Nicholas de Hay, all his land of Gallowflat in the holding of Errol (PER), which he held of Sir Nicholas by a charter which he (John) restored to the said Sir Nicholas with all right which he had or might have had in the said land of Gallowflat.
