- Fergus son of 'Cuningham' (sic, Conaing) and Malcolm his heir have resigned to their lord Maldoven, earl of Lennox, by staff and baton, in his full court, all the land which they held in the territory of Kilpatrick (DNB), namely ‘Drumdinanis’, ‘Cultbuche’ and ‘Reinfode’, with all their just pertinents and bounds, renouncing in perpetuity all claim which they had to the lands.
