Description: William of Brechin has granted and by this his present charter established to Lindores Abbey that annual render of 20s which his father conferred and granted to them for the welfare of his soul and that of Juliana his wife, in free, pure and perpetual alms, as contained in his charter. He has also assigned to them that the annual render of 20s will come from his rents of Lindores by the hand of his baillie, half on Pentecost, half on Martinmas.
