Description
Richard de Fréville has given, granted and by this his charter established, to Arbroath Abbey, in free and perpetual alms, one full ploughgate of land, namely ‘Balekelefan’ (in Mondynes, KCD), by its right bounds, for the souls of King David and King Malcolm, and others, and for the welfare of King William and of himself, with common pasture, free and quit from all secular exaction and all works.
