[…], swore to the said extent […] Collan steward of […] baronia by Alan, the steward […] men of the villa of […] part of the water of Tyne […] which Sir Alan of Ormiston holds […] and 6d. of Gervase and 2 […] pieces of land they defaulted 9s. 4d. for […] castle of Saltoun (ELO) without any reservation, and agreed (conventionavit) […] Pencaitland and moreover half of all the wood belongs to the feu of Pencaitland […] the king at his assembly (colloquium) at Arbroath.
