- An agreement is formed between Henry of Ashkirk and Alexander his brother in the presence of Sirs P[eter] de Haig, R[alph?] de Campania, P. English, Alan de Rule, Master William of Ednam, N. de Heriz and Alexander la Vache, at Roxburgh, whereby Henry gave and granted to Alexander his brother, half of all the feu of Ashkirk (SLK), for his homage and service, making service for half of the feu in all things.
