Walter Corbet has granted and by this his charter established to Kelso Abbey in free and perpetual alms the land and pasture and facilities which Robert of Scotton gave to them in the territory of the villa of Shotton, by the same marches which his charter gives witness, and entrance and exit for the animals and sheep of the monastery at the pasture of the mountain of ‘Homeldun’ and beyond the mountain at the pasture of the villa of Shotton.
