Description
Hugh de Balliol has granted, and by his charter established, to God, St Mary and Roger, monk of Merchingley, and his successors there, 26 acres of land next to ‘Heleychestres’ (prob. in Temple Healey, Durham), which Eustace, his father gave them in free, pure and perpetual alms. These alms he gives and establishes with all easements.
