Description
Bernard de Balliol has given and granted to Kelso Abbey a fishery in the Tweed, which pertains to Woodhorn, for the souls of H[enry], the earl, and Bernard’s son [Engelram], ancestors and successors, in perpetual alms, this being approved and confirmed by his lords, that is, David, King of Scots, and Malcolm and William, his grandsons (nepotibus), and witnessed by Guy, his son, and Bernard.
