Charter of Roger de Quincy, earl of Winchester, constable of Scotland, granting to John of Kinloch and his heirs for homage and service a mill within his lands of ‘Petclokyn’ (later Pitlochie, Collessie parish, FIF) which Ness, son of William gave to John’s grandfather, Uhtred, quit of multure, which grant the earl confirms with the additional lands of ‘Petbaudoc’ (FIF) and ‘Galwel’ (FIF), and the shielings that Ness gave to Uhtred in Kilwhiss (Collessie ph., FIF).
