- Description
- Pope Honorius III, following the example of Pope Urban, his predecessor, gives to the prior and canons of St Andrews free faculty to correct canons in the churches subject to him, and to present canons to such churches. He also prohibits bishops, archdeacons or their officials from presuming to demand undue exactions from them, their churches or clerics.
