Malcolm, earl of Lennox, for himself and on behalf of his heirs, has eased all suits which Arthur Galbraith and his heirs are bound to make, according to the terms of their charters, in return for the lands of ‘Banchorane’, ‘Keangerloch’, and ‘Fynnard’, and of ‘Buchmonyn’ and ‘Kilgerintyn’, and ‘Auchincloich’, to the performance of one suit by one man at his and his heirs’ court of Lennox, when Arthur and his heirs should reasonably be summoned for this reason.
