Description
Fergus, son of Gilbert the late earl of Strathearn, has given, granted, and established by his charter to Lindores Abbey for the welfare of his soul and that of Muriel his spouse, and the souls of all his family, his whole land of Beannie (PER), with all its pertinents, by its right bounds, and that land pertaining to Beannie, which lies next to the land of Roger de Luvetot, his knight, with its bounds and all its pertinents, in free, pure and perpetual alms, quit of all custom, service, army, aid and all other exactions and customs.
