- Malise, earl of Strathearn, son of the late Sir Malise earl of Strathearn, has given, granted, and established by his charter, to Sir Malise of Logie, son of the late Sir Malise, steward of Strathearn, for his homage and service, his whole lands of Culnacloich (PER), ‘Garfen’, and Kipney (PER) with ‘Corecase’ in Glenalmond (PER), in feu and heritage, by all their right bounds, with all fortyris and common pastures and with all other pertinents and liberties, making Scottish army service and common aid of the lord king as pertains to those lands, and for an annual render of one pair of white gloves or 1d annually at Easter, for all secular service, custom, exaction, demand and without any kind of suit of court.
