- Malise, earl of Strathearn, has given, granted and established by his present charter, to Sir Gilbert de la Haye, knight, and his heirs or assignees, for his homage and service, his whole land called Auchlinsky (PER), with all its just pertinents and right bounds, for an annual render of a pair of golden spurs or 6d. at Pentecost, for all service, custom, exaction and secular demand, saving the forinsec service of the lord king.
