Description
Dervorguilla (Derbforgaill) of Galloway, lady de Balliol, daughter and heir of Sir Alan of Galloway, late constable of the Scots, in the lawful power of her widowhood, has given, granted, quitclaimed, and established by this her charter, to Dryburgh Abbey all right of patronage of the church of Lauder (BWK) for the welfare of herself and that of Sir John de Balliol her husband, and Sir Alan of Galloway her father and all her ancestors and successors, in pure and perpetual alms.
