Description
Patrick, earl of Dunbar, has given, granted, and made firm by this charter and quitclaimed in perpetuity to God and St Cuthbert and Coldingham Priory all right and claim whatsoever which he had or any entitlement he might have to annual hospitality in the priory. Neither he nor his heirs shall have the power to demand or claim any hospitality of any sort in future from the prior or convent or from the house.
