Duncan, son of Gilbert of Carrick, for North Berwick Priory; he has given, granted, and [by this his charter] established, the right [of patronage] of the church which he hands over to them in the chapel of Kilbride in Carrick (Kirkbride, AYR) in pure and perpetual [alms], with lands, teinds, oblations, and all other rights pertaining to it.
