Notes
The charter explicitly states that the witnesses were present. This charter follows a very similar wording to two documents asserting the presence of Orabilis, daughter of Ness (3/18/8), and Matthew, bishop of Aberdeen (2/1/4), respectively. The three charters mention the same witnesses and were evidently produced on the same occasion.
