- Description
- Prior John and convent and chapter of St Andrews for John de Monypenny; with consent of whole chapter, have given, for his homage and fealty, all land of Pitmilly (FIF) which by hereditary right belonged to his ancestors, to hold of St Andrews without any reservation in feu and heritage. Prior John also grants to John common pasture in all moor of Kellie (FIF) for 40 oxen and cattle and 80 sheep with fodder, 40 wagon-loads of fuel and eradication of 6 wagon-loads of heath being brought in by a single legal loaning (right of way), and returning through their land of Falside (FIF) to moor of Kellie where his ancestors held the said loaning by reason of antiquity and as they were accustomed to.
