Prior Michael and convent of Guisborough for Sir Walter, bishop of Glasgow; have granted ordination and collation of churches of Annan (DMF) and Lochmaben (DMF) with chapel of Rockhall (DMF), and churches of Cummertrees (DMF), Gretna (DMF), Rainpatrick (Redkirk, DMF) with chapel of Logan (DMF), and they renounce presentation to those without any contradiction, that bishop may appoint suitable rectors who may answer for cure of souls and episcopal dues and may sustain all burdens, saving to Guisborough all teinds of wheat, except four dry measures ('sceppis') of flour from rectors of those four churches, that is, Cummertrees, Gretna, Redkirk and Kirkpatrick Fleming (DMF), saving from land of each church one certain area and one acre of land in field for gathering of wheat, saving yearly 6 marks 3s. from church of Annan and 3 [marks?] from church of Lochmaben paid by rectors of same churches
