Description
Geoffrey, bishop of Dunkeld, for Inchaffray Abbey; with consent of chapter of Dunkeld, has inspected donations, concessions and confirmations of John 'primus', Richard, John 'secundus', Hugh, and Gilbert, his predecessors, bishops of Dunkeld, made concerning church of Madderty (PER) and concerning land called apdaine of Madderty and concerning quitclaim of cain and conveth which clergy of Dunkeld formerly received from same apdaine and other things made with consent and assent of chapter of church of Dunkeld, saving as much as one mark yearly from apdaine for all exactions, custom and secular service, as contained in scripts of said bishops.
