Description: Brice, bishop of Moray, for church of Holy Trinity of Spynie (MOR); has invested it with church of Daviot (INV) which he assigned, gave and by his charter established to them at petition and instance of Freskin de Kerdal, patron of church of Daviot, for fabric of said church of Spynie. Having received resignation of Robert, lately persona of church of Daviot, and right which Robert had in church, bishop has given sasine of it to church of Spynie and chapter of same, granting that its fruits may be converted to use of fabric of said church of Spynie.
