William, bishop of Glasgow, for Dryburgh Abbey; imitating his predecessors, bishops of Glasgow, with consent of chapter and church of Glasgow, has established church of Lanark (LAN) with its chapels of Pettinain (LAN) and Cleghorn (LAN) according to form of charter of Walter, bishop of Glasgow, his predecessor, and that ploughgate of land which Nicholas, the clerk, held in Pettinain, and church of Lessudden (St Boswells, ROX)
