Description
The chapter of Dunkeld, by common assent and consent, have unanimously and amicably proffered their assent and consent to the donation, grant and confirmation which Hugh, bishop of Dunkeld, made to St Andrews Priory of the church of Dull (PER) with the chapel of Foss (PER) and all the teinds, oblations and all other pertinents, except the chapel of ‘Branboth’ in Glenlyon (PER), which for good peace, at the wish and assent of the said canons [of St Andrews], shall remain with the church of Dunkeld, saving the rent of 20s. which Dunkeld has from the apdaine of Dull. The chapter demits and quitclaims all rights they have or are said to have in the above church of Dull, as contained in the bishop’s charter.
