- Description
- John, bishop of Glasgow, for canons of Glasgow; at wish and with consent of his chapter, has instated (statuimus) that they may institute vicars and that canons, or procurators, will agree necessary stipends, cloaks and surplices for vicars, paid quarterly each year. If payment is delayed more than fifteen days, a penalty of one mark should be paid to fabric of church of Glasgow.
