Description
Hugh, bishop of Lincoln, from inspection of instruments of Robert, his predecessor, and Malcolm, late king of Scots, has recognised church of [Great] Paxton to pertain by right to abbot and convent of Holyrood, which he establishes by episcopal authority, saving episcopal dues and customs, and dignity of church of Lincoln.
