Matthew, bishop of Aberdeen, has erected the hospital of St Peter in Aberdeen; he has given and granted the land called 'Ardschelly', 'Petenderleyn Carnacerde' and 'Ardonachyn', with the land around the hospital itself and with all teinds from the bishop's demesne of Aberdeen; he also grants various teinds.
