Description
David, king of Scots, to his chamberlain of Scotland, noting that he has given John Gray, his beloved and faithful clerk of the rolls, all the rents and profits of his burgh of Peebles, except those pertaining to his chamberlain ayre; holding for his lifetime. He commands the chamberlain to assign these funds to John.
