Description
David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified and confirmed that donation which William Hare, burgess of Edinburgh, made to the altar of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the church of St Giles of Edinburgh, of that land lying between the lands of Simon of Kirkcaldy on the east and the lands of Eda Douw on the west, in the North Street of the burgh, as contained in William's charter.
