Description
David, king of Scots, has given his faithful William of Fauside and Margery Fleming, his spouse, that mill on the lands of Tulligarth (CLA) called 'le Lyndmille' (Linn Mill, CLA) in the sheriffdom of Clackmannan; holding for Margery's lifetime, with profits and multures. He also grants William and Margery that they may hold the said land of Tulligarth for the time of the same, free of averages and carriages. He commands his officers to prohibit anyone from imposing averages or carriages on them.
