Description
David, king of Scots, noting that he gave the chapter of Aberdeen cathedral his park of Galchull' in the sheriffdom of Banff (now Park, BNF) in pure and perpetual alms, as contained in his charter, grants that the chapter shall have all of the pertinents of the said forest, including cutting, hewing, hunting with animals, and grants that the chapter shall have the amercements or escheats which were customary, namely, six cows.
