Description
David, king of Scots, has taken the Friars Preachers of Glasgow into his firm peace and protection, with their lands, possessions, and goods. He prohibits anyone from causing them injury, on pain of his full forfeiture. He grants that no-one may take poinds of them or their men for any debt, pledge or forfeiture, saving his burghs. He commands his officers to compel those who owe debts to the Friars Preachers of Glasgow to pay them.
