- Richard, bishop of Durham, chancellor of king, for Kelso Abbey; has granted fisheries of Woodhorn and 'Redehou' with all easements; also gives one toft in villa of Tweedmouth, which Alexander de Riparia once held, together with font of St Michael which is in same toft, and three acres of land in territory of Tweedmouth that are above bank of River Tweed, adjoining fisheries of Woodhorn and 'Blakewel', with commonalty and all easements
