Description
David, king of Scots, to his chamberlain of Scotland, noting that as it was not his intention to diminish the alms of the Friars Preachers in his kingdom, he wishes to augment them. He commands and instructs the chamberlain to direct his sheriffs, grieves of burghs and their baillies to pay all the renders that they were accustomed to receive on the two terminals, omitting nothing.
