Description
Robert, steward of Scotland, lieutenant of the lord king, to the grieve and baillies of the burgh of Perth: because St Andrews showed him certain evidence that they were infefted by David [I], late king of Scotland, of good memory, of one mark sterling from the burgh of Perth annually on Pentecost and Martinmas, he commands and instructs them to make these payments and allocate them in their accounts.
