Description
David, king of Scots, to his chamberlain of Scotland, sheriffs, grieves and their baillies, because it was apparent to our council held at Dundee on 12 November that the merchants of his kingdom and their servants as well as everyone else of his kingdom with all their goods and merchandise from places in Flanders are outlawed and banned from the communion of the Flemings, and the king is unaware of the cause of this banishment.
