Michael Scott, master

Biography
watt, Graduates, 490: Michael Scott was a famous linguist, scientists, alchemist and medical man according to Watt. He first appears in 1217 in Toledo, Spain, and also lived in Italy. He died in the mid-1230s. He was given licence to hold two cures and had some rights to the archbishopric of Cashel (Ireland), though he resigned those before June 1224. He was granted another licence to hold a cure in England and two in Scotland in 1225.
