William de Corbeil, archbishop of Canterbury (d.1136)

Biography
Fasti Ecclesiae Anglicanae 1066-1300, ii, 3-8: William was prior of St Osyth (Essex) when he was nominated archbishop of Canterbury on 2 or 4 February 1123. He was consecrated on 18 February and also served as a papal legate for England from 1126 to February 1130, when Pope Honorius II died, though his role was renewed by Innocent II in 1132. He died on 21 November 1136.
