A tall, thin king is shown wearing a fur cap and long tunic and long mantle, seated on a throne, which is bench-shaped with projecting ends and slides which slope inwards at the top, and a projecting footboard. His arms are extended, and he holds a sword in his right hand and an orb with a cross in his left.
Image description (reverse)
The reverse takes the form of an equestrian seal with a horse *courant*, with the king on horseback to *sinister*. He is wearing a chain mail hauberk with a hood and a conical helmet with nasal. His foot is curved over the stirrup. He holds a lance in his right hand, sloping forward with a pennon of three tails; a shield is suspended from his neck in front of his body, bearing its face with an irregular device and a sword on its left side to the viewer.
