Description
Robert, king of Scots, has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Adam, the marischal, his servant, for his homage and service, the whole barony of Manor (PEB) in the valley of the Tweed, with its pertinents, in feu and heritage. Adam is to provide to the king the service of ten archers and nothing less than suit at the king’s court of Peebles.
