Description
Walter son of Alan II, steward of the king of Scotland, has granted and made firm by this his charter to St Andrews Priory in pure and perpetual alms, a half ploughgate of land which Alan his father gave them in the territory of the villa of Winthank (FIF), with common easements, namely, that half ploughgate which Richard son of Maurice the cook held, free and quit from all service.
