Description
Alexander, king of Scots, has granted the donation that Gilbert de Haya made to William de Haya, his brother, of 2 ploughgates in the feu of Errol (PER), in feu and heritage, one of which Thomas [‘Segan’?] held of Gilbert, and the other which the monks of Coupar held near the 12 acres which the cottar of the said Gilbert holds; and near the one oxgang of land which John Kinman holds; as the charter of Gilbert to William bears witness.
