Description
Sir Walter of Lindsey knight, son and heir of the late Christina Hosé and Matilda, sister of the same Christina, heirs of the late Sir John Hosé the knight, have granted and by this their present charter established to Paisley Abbey, the donation which the late Sir Walter Hosé, true lord and patron of the church of Craigie (AYR) made, gave, and by his charter established, of the collation of the said church, in free, pure and perpetual alms. They have willed, granted and established by their present writing that Paisley Abbey may have, hold and possess the aforesaid church with all its pertinents, easements and liberties, in free, pure and perpetual alms. Sealed by Sir Ralph, vicar of Ayr, dean of Kyle.
