King William has granted renunciation and abjuration made in full court of prior of Coldingham by William of Gullane, with his brothers Nicholas and John, and his maternal aunt, Emme, of villa of greater Lumsdaine (BWK), [in exchange] for one ploughgate of land which prior of Durham conceded to William in territory of Swinton
