Description
Adam of Polwarth, son of Adam of Polwarth, has given and granted and by this his present charter established to David of Graham, his cousin (cognato meo) for 50 marks which David paid Adam beforehand, all that holding which his brother Patrick had given him in the feu of Dunipace (STL) in exchange for four marks of land in the feu of Wedderlie (BWK), in feu and heritage, free and quit from all services, customs, exactions, aids and demands, rendering annually a half stone of wax on Pentecost at Dunipace for all services, customs, exactions, aids and demands to Sir Herbert de Camera for the service which Patrick his brother and Adam owed for the said holding.
